Learn About Integra Training
Integra Training grew out of the negotiation, contract law, consumer law, governance, and business structuring training courses, workshops and seminars that we have facilitated since the early 2000s.
Integra Training specialises in professional legal training for non-lawyers. Every business enters into contracts on a regular basis. Contracts may be with suppliers, clients, service providers. Often the professionals negotiating and scoping those contracts have no formal training in law or in contracts. We provide two day workshops to upskill your staff in key areas of contract law.
The workshops are run by professional facilitators who have practised, studied and taught law.

I have over 31 years’ experience practicing as a commercial lawyer, and teaching, training and researching commercial law. I graduated and was admitted to the bar in December 1991.
From law school I started in private practice at Buddle Findlay in the tax and banking team, before moving to lecture in commercial law at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
In 2005 when my children were older I returned to private practice and in 2008 set up my own commercial law practice on the Kapiti Coast. In 2022 I retired from private practice and started my own legal training and research company, Integra Training Limited.
